Interim Counselling sessions

We offer interim counselling sessions that are specifically designed to provide support during the police process and beyond. Our experienced counsellors are here to assist you for up to six short-term sessions, offering a safe and confidential space to address your immediate concerns.

During these sessions, our counsellors will work with you to navigate the challenges and emotions that may arise. They are trained to provide guidance, coping strategies, and emotional support tailored to your unique needs.

We understand that healing is a journey that requires time, so you may choose to continue with longer-term counselling with our dedicated team of therapists. In addition, we can connect you with other specialised services that are best suited to meet your specific needs. We have a network of trusted organisations and professionals who can provide further assistance.

At Counselling Services Centre your well-being is our utmost priority, and we are committed to ensuring that you have access to the support and resources necessary for your healing process. Reach out to us to learn more about us and the range of services available to you.
