Individual Counselling:

Our trained and experienced counsellors offer one-on-one sessions to help you explore and address personal issues, navigate life transitions, improve self-esteem, and develop coping strategies. We provide a safe and confidential space for you to express yourself and work towards positive change.

ACC Sensitive Claims Counselling

If you've experienced sexual abuse or assault, we have specialised counsellors who can support you. This therapy is a free service, funded by ACC. It doesn't matter when it happened, or if you reported it to Police or anyone else. If you're not ready to contact a therapist/counsellor, or just want to talk to someone now, you can call Safe to Talk. It's a confidential and free 24/7 helpline. We receive partial funding for our services. If you are not eligible for ACC or Government funding we kindly request a Koha (donation) towards your counselling which can be discussed when you engage with our service. Rest assured that your financial situation will not be a barrier in accessing our services.
